Order Pickup, Delivery & Shipping
Local Pickup & Delivery
All online pickup orders are processed within two business hours. You will be notified via email when your order is ready, along with a specified pickup time range and detailed instructions. Please note that we can ensure the quality of your plants for 24 hours from the designated ready time; beyond this period, we cannot guarantee their condition.
We process all delivery orders on the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays), between 12pm and 9pm. If you would like to specify a delivery date up to 7 days in advance, please include this in the checkout notes. Ensure someone is available to receive your order. For apartments or condos, please include your buzzer number with the shipping address. Any second delivery attempts will incur an additional charge.
Extra Shipping Charges: If your order requires additional fees, we will reach out for confirmation. Without a response within 48 hours, your order will be automatically canceled.
Oversized Items: Plants or products exceeding 2 feet in height for shipping, 4 feet for local delivery, pots 11″ or larger, or orders weighing over 25 lbs are considered oversized.
International Orders: Currently, we do not accept international orders.
Plant Protection: All plant orders are guaranteed, and heat pads are included during winter months to ensure your plants arrive in excellent condition.
Returns Policy
In-Store Purchases
Sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re unsure about your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days. To qualify, items must be in their original, unused condition — unworn, undamaged, with all tags and labels attached, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt is required.
Please note: sale items, jewelry, and plants are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we offer a 14-day guarantee on all plants. If your plant fails to thrive, please bring it back or contact us, and we will replace it.
Online Purchases
Please note that plants and crystals may slightly differ from product photos. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your items in-store or by mail.
